SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 77

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR PAYNE

1. From House Floor Amendment No. 1 strike the following paragraph:

"WHEREAS, recent laboratory business and management practices have been lax, but the university has demonstrated a willingness to improve its oversight of the laboratory and regain some of the authority the university had delegated to laboratory directors, and the university has the means and the ability to do an excellent job of managing the laboratory; and"
