has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 8, line 23, before the period insert "and, with the approval of the New Mexico legislative council, for incidental expenses of the legislature, including those of interim committees".

    2. On page 9, lines 2 and 3, strike "five thousand dollars ($5,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500)".
