AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A PILOT PROJECT FOR RURAL INTERCOMMUNITY COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to conduct a pilot project in rural intercommunity cooperative development by the center for the support of economic development at the Anderson schools of management. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
