has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1 line 17, after “The” strike the

remainder of the line.

    2. On page 1 line 18, strike “consortium”“ and insert in

lieu thereof “Water Resources Research Institute”.

    3. On page 1 line 25, strike “consortium” and insert in

lieu thereof “institution”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
