    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 86, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon insert “ADJUSTING CERTAIN TAX STAMP DISCOUNTS;”.

    2. On page 14, line 5, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof “the facilities and records of a manufacturer, distributor or retailer”.

    3. On page 14, line 6, after “hours” strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 7 up to the period.

    4. On page 14, line 9, strike “grounds” and insert in lieu thereof “suspicion”.

    5. On page 14, line 12, strike “to” and insert in lieu thereof “with probable cause”.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
