HOUSE BILL 92,as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

  1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

  2. On page 11, line 25 and page 12, line 1, strike "cultural affairs department" and insert in lieu thereof "museum board of regents of the museum of New Mexico".

  3. On page 40, strike Section 53 in its entirety.

  4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
