AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT WELLNESS CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support the student wellness centers program in student health, fitness and nutrition in the department of physical education, recreation and dance. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
