AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ARROWHEAD CENTER FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support the Arrowhead center for business development in the college of business administration and economics to foster graduate education and economic development and outreach. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
