has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 21, strike “hearing officer” and insert in lieu thereof “special master”.

    2. On page 6, line 5, strike the brackets and line- through.

    3. On page 6, line 6 and 7 strike “ or imprisonment for a definite term not to exceed ninety days or both”,

    4. On page 6, line 15 after “or” insert “imprisonment for a period”.

    5. On page 6, line 16, strike “imprisonment for a definite term”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
