has had them under consideration and reports same with recommendation that they DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILLS 109 AND 426

DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, after “residents,” insert the following: “and whose parents or legal guardians have paid New Mexico income taxes for at least three years,”.

    2. On page 3, line 5, after “residents,” insert the following: “and whose parents or legal guardians have paid New Mexico income taxes for at least three years,”.

    3. On page 3, line 25, after “residents,” insert the following: “and whose parents or legal guardians have paid New Mexico income taxes for at least three years,”.

    4. On page 5, line 17, after “residents,” insert the following: “and whose parents or legal guardians have paid New Mexico income taxes for at least three years,”.

    5. On page 6, line 23, after “residents,” insert the following: “and whose parents or legal guardians have paid New Mexico income taxes for at least three years,”.
