    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 161

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike line 18 and insert in lieu thereof "and 3 are repealed effective July 1, 2004.".

     2. On page 1, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following section:

     "Section 2. REPEAL.--Laws 2003, Chapter 143, Section 2 is repealed.".

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
