AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT TO OPERATE A TEEN COURT PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to operate a teen court program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
