has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "COMMERCIAL".

     2. On page 3, lines 3 through 5, strike "requiring all new construction of commercial buildings that have landscaping to provide for".

     3. On page 3, line 10, strike "operations and management" and insert in lieu thereof "maintenance" and strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     4. On page 3, line 11, strike "native" and strike "may be used for".

     5. On page 3, line 12, after the period strike the rest of the line and strike line 13 in its entirety.
