has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike “on-site”.

    2. On page 2, line 15, strike “driven” and insert in lieu thereof “domestic”.

    3. On page 2, line 15, after “well” insert “without use of a drilling rig upon his own property”.

    4. On page 2, line 16, after “section” insert a period, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 17 and 18.

    5. On page 3, line 4, after “client” insert “, the environment department,”.

    6. On page 4, line 5, strike “driller’s” and insert in lieu thereof “driller”.

    7. On page 5, line 7, strike “drilling” and insert in lieu thereof “driller”.

    8. On page 5, line 13, strike “drilling” and insert in lieu thereof “driller”.

    9. On page 8, line 14, strike “driller’s” and insert in lieu thereof “water well driller”.

    10. On page 8, line 15, strike “driller’s” and insert in lieu thereof “driller”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
