    1. On page 1, line 12, strike both instances of the word "FUND" and insert in lieu thereof "RESERVE".


    2. On page 1, line 14, strike "FUND" and insert in lieu thereof "RESERVE".


    3. On page 1, line 19, strike both instances of the word "FUND" and insert in lieu thereof "RESERVE".


    4. On page 2, line 14, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve as a special account within the appropriation contingency fund".


    5. On page 2, line 20, after "stabilization" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 through "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve" is created as a special account within the appropriation contingency fund. The reserve".


    6. On page 3, line 1, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    7. On page 3, line 3, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 4 through 7 and insert in lieu thereof the following:


"Income from investment of the reserve shall be credited to the reserve. Money in the reserve shall not revert to any other fund. Money in the reserve".


    8. On page 3, line 10, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    9. On page 3, line 14, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    10. On page 3, line 19, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    11. On page 3, line 21, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    12. On page 3, line 24, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    13. On page 4, line 1, strike "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".


    14. On page 4, line 22, strike the second occurrence of "fund" and insert in lieu thereof "reserve".
