1. On page 1, on lines 15 and 16, strike “Five million dollars ($5,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “Four million six hundred forty thousand dollars”. “($4,640,000)”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
