AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thirty-eight thousand two hundred dollars ($638,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal years 2005 and 2006 to fund recurring expenditures for the bachelor of science degree in nursing program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
