     2. On page 1, line 18, strike "2004" and insert in lieu thereof "2005".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike "2004" and insert in lieu thereof "2005".

     4. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
