HOUSE BILL 368

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "AT" insert "A NEW MEXICO PUBLIC

FOUR-YEAR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION'S ATHLETIC FACILITY OR AT".

     2. On page 1, line 14, strike "CORPORATION" and insert in lieu thereof "ORGANIZATION".

     3. On page 2, line 2, after "a" insert "New Mexico

public four-year educational institution's athletic facility or a".

     4. On page 2, line 5, after "section" strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a colon followed by the paragraph designation "(1)".

     5. On page 2, line 6, after "facility" insert "that is".

     6. On page 2, line 8, strike "three hundred".

     7. On page 2, line 11, after "year" strike the period and quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "and that has a seating capacity of at least five thousand; and

                (2) "New Mexico public four-year educational institution's athletic facility" means a facility that is owned and operated by a New Mexico public four-year educational institution, is used for athletic or entertainment purposes and has a seating capacity of at least five thousand."".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
