AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIVE AMERICAN HEALTH CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF MEDICINE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. Appropriation.--Six hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred forty-seven dollars ($699,847) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to establish the Native American health center at the university of New Mexico school of medicine. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
