AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR AN ADDITIONAL STAFF ATTORNEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for an additional staff attorney. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
