AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEURODEVELOPMENTAL INTERDISCIPLINARY DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($457,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for a neurodevelopmental interdisciplinary diagnostic clinic. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
