has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000)”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
