AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR VETERANS' OUTREACH SERVICES AT THE PUEBLO OF SANTO DOMINGO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico veterans' service commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide for contracting for veterans' outreach services at the Pueblo of Santo Domingo. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
