AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE PROGRAMS IN THE PUEBLO OF ZUNI.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund youth development initiative programs, including the youth leadership project at the Pueblo of Zuni. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
