    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 61

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, strike line 12 and line 13 up to "AFFECTING" and insert in lieu thereof:

     "Sections 61-16-1 and 61-16-2 NMSA 1978 (being laws 1889, Chapter 95, Sections 1 and 2, as amended)".

    2. On page 1, strike Section 1 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

    "Section 1. REPEAL.--Sections 61-16-1 and 61-16-2 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1889, Chapter 95, Sections 1 and 2, as amended) are repealed.",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
