    2. On page 3, line 24, strike in its entirety.

    3. On page 4, line 6, strike “local unit of government” and insert in lieu thereof “county or municipality”.

    4. On page 4, line 9, after “issue” strike “verbal”.

    5. On page 4, line 14, after “warning” insert “by a law enforcement officer”.

    6. On page 5, line 6, after “warning” insert “by a law enforcement officer”.

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
