SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR SENATE BILL 142

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, after "purchase" strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 24 and 25.

    2. On page 2, strike all of line 1 and strike line 2 up to the semicolon.

    3. On page 2, line 14, strike "through purchase" and insert in lieu thereof "has purchased".

    4. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "lease may come to live" and insert in lieu thereof "leased property".

    5. On page 5, line 2, after the semicolon strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 3 and 4.

    6. On page 17, line 23, strike "the right to vote and".

    7. On page 18, line 17, strike the subsection designation "A.".

    8. On page 18, lines 20 through 22, strike Subsection B up to the quotation mark.
