has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 22, strike "thirteen" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen".

     2. On page 1, line 23, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "six".

     3. On page 2, line 4, after "health" insert ", the secretary of children, youth and families or his designee, the director of the state agency on aging or his designee".
