         1. On page 2, line 10, after "critical" insert "that all New Mexicans work toward ensuring".

         2. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike ", psychologists, speech therapists, assessors, administrators and other personnel" and insert in lieu thereof "and related service providers and assessors".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
