AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE OPERATIONS OF EL CAMINO REAL CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred one thousand eight hundred dollars ($401,800) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to operate El Camino Real international heritage cultural center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
