SENATE BILL 305

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 13, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 14 and strike line 15 through the period and insert in lieu thereof: "The legislature shall annually determine and appropriate the amount available for group insurance benefits and contributions.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
