     Section 1 was deleted from SENATE BILL 316, as amended pursuant to the Constitution of the State of New Mexico Article 12, Section 7, as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike the words "THE LAND GRANT PERMANENT FUNDS AND".

     2. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike the words "THE LAND GRANT PERMANENT FUNDS AND".

     3. On pages 1 through 7, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     4. Strike relevant amendments to Section 1.

     5. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.
