SENATE BILL 316

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 17, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and "DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.".

    2. On page 17, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following section:

    "Section 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
