AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE ALBUQUERQUE MAIN STREET PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support Albuquerque's main street program, which funds Nob Hill and Highland business district revitalization projects, including facade improvement and streetscape enhancement. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
