AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS FOR A BUSINESS FACILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY IN THE MEXICAN SPRINGS CHAPTER IN THE NAVAJO NATION.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for a business facility feasibility study in the Mexican Springs chapter in the Navajo Nation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
