has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ACCOUNTABILITY IN GOVERNMENT ACT;".

     2. On page 1, line 24, strike "15" and insert in lieu thereof "10".

     3. On page 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     5. On page 3, line 25, after the second occurrence of "the" strike the brackets and line-through and strike "Managing and".

     6. On page 4, line 1, strike "Legislating for Results".

     7. On page 4, line 9, after "the" strike the brackets and line-through and on line 10, strike "Managing and Legislating for Results".

     8. On page 11, line 5, strike the brackets and line-through and strike "Managing and Legislating for Results".

     9. On page 11, line 17, strike "Managing and Legislating".

     10. On page 11, line 18, strike "for Results" and insert in lieu thereof "Accountability".
