FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND TURN LANES AT IRIS BOULEVARD AND NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 528 IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

 

 

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the state highway and transportation department pursuant to Laws 2003, Section 18, Subsection 81 to install traffic signals and construct turn lanes for traffic emerging onto Iris boulevard from the Rio Rancho mid-high school at Fortieth street and Rio Rancho high school at Loma Colorado in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to purchase and install traffic signals and construct turn lanes at Iris boulevard and New Mexico highway 528 in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
