46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to repair and make improvements to a court youth center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county;

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to repair and make improvements to the veterans' memorial wall in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to repair and expand El Jardin de los Ninos in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
