FOR ATHLETIC FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for repairs and improvements to athletic facilities at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
