FOR PHASE 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 2 implementation of the comprehensive plan for McKinley county.
