FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR LUMBERTON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty-one thousand dollars ($351,000) to improve the water system for the Lumberton mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
