FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING THE NORTHERN DONA ANA SWIM TRAINING FACILITY IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred eighty-nine thousand eight hundred twenty-six dollars ($689,826) to construct and equip the northern Dona Ana swim training facility in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
