FOR WATER DELIVERY SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for water delivery system improvements to replace infrastructure, including piping, valves and pumps, in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
