FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CORDOVA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN CORDOVA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for engineering, planning, design and construction of the sewer system for the Cordova mutual domestic water consumers association in Cordova in Rio Arriba county.
