46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Ray Begaye

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE SHIPROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct an extension of the wastewater system for the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for streetlights for the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
