FOR FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER FOR THE SHIPROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to furnish and equip a domestic violence shelter for women and children of the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
