FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CURRY COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for improvements at the Curry county fairgrounds, including construction of the special events center, in Clovis in Curry county.
