HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 226

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

six thousand dollars ($6,000) to purchase and install bingo equipment at the Fred Luna senior center in Valencia county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 2 construction at the Tome and Adelino senior center in Valencia county;

• to the thirteenth judicial district court

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to purchase and install furnishings and equipment for the thirteenth judicial district court in Valencia county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for a water pump for the El Cerro fire department substation in Valencia county;

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) for a tanker for the Rio Grande estates fire department in Valencia county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a quick-response structured pumper for the Manzano Vista fire department in El Cerro Mission in Valencia county.
