FOR EXPANDING NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 118 TO SERVE RED ROCK STATE PARK AND THE CHURCH ROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and acquire rights of way to expand New Mexico highway 118 to four lanes to serve Red Rock state park and the Church Rock chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
